IPCC's dividend skyrockets, 115.27% higher this year
JAKARTA - PT Indonesia Kendaraan Terminal Tbk (IPCC) is allocating IDR 90.49 billion of dividend from the net profit gained in the fiscal year 2022, or 115.27% higher than the dividend of the fiscal year 2021 of IDR 42.03 billion.
The data received by IDNFinancials today (4/7) shows that the shareholders of IPCC agreed upon the dividend per share of IDR 49.77, which will be disbursed on August 1 to rightful investors according to the official register of shareholders by the recording date on July 12.
The dividend allocation is made based on the record of the net profit attributable to the parent company of IDR 161.72 billion, retained earnings of IDR 46.51 billion, and total equity of IDR 1.16 trillion.
Last year, this issuer only distributed dividend of IDR 23.12 per share from the net profit of 2021. The dividend was allocated after scoring net profit attributable to the parent entity of IDR 60.05 billion, retained earnings of IDR 16.01 billion, and total equity of IDR 1.06 trillion. (LK/ZH)
