Samuel Sekuritas increased its stake in Nusantara Sawit (NSSS) by 143 million shares
JAKARTA - The new investor, PT Samuel Sekuritas Indonesia, was apparently not yet satisfied with its stake in PT Nusantara Sawit Sejahtera Tbk (NSSS) after purchasing 4.18 billion shares the previous week. On Monday, June 26, Samuel Sekuritas decided to add another 143.16 million shares, increasing its ownership to 18.18%, or a 0.6% increase.
Furthermore, PT Saratoga Investama Sedaya Tbk has added 6.3 million shares of mineral mining issuer PT Merdeka Copper Gold Tbk (MDKA) to its portfolio, while mining holding company PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk (DOID) has not stopped buying back its own shares, this time up to 5 million units. PT Merdeka Energi Nusantara also purchased up to 2 million shares of PT Merdeka Battery Materials Tbk (MBMA), giving it a 49.8% stake in the electric vehicle battery manufacturer.
Meanwhile, PT Berkah Global Investama released 600 million shares of PT Berkah Beton Sadaya Tbk (BEBS), a manufacturing company that produces ready-mix and precast concrete, making it the biggest divestment this time. GOTO Peopleverse Fund also sold a relatively high volume of shares of PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO), as many as 452.08 million units.
In addition, individual investor Ikra Zama Dinnata was seen selling 47.61 million shares of PT Nusatama Berkah Tbk (NTBK), a company engaged in the manufacture and fabrication of special vehicles. PT Investasi Sukses Bersama also sold 26.59 million shares of Surge (PT Solusi Sinergi Digital Tbk (WIFI)), while PT Toba Sejahtera dumped 2.09 million shares of PT TBS Energi Utama Tbk (TOBA), a coal mining and palm plantation company. Finally, PT Asuransi Bina Dana Arta Tbk sold 201,800 shares of the tourism company PT Bayu Buana Tbk (BAYU). (KD)
