JAKARTA. PT Adira Dinamika Multifinance Tbk (ADMF), a finance company owned by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (BDMN), issued Shelf Registration Bonds VI and Shelf Registration Sukuk Mudharabah V with a total principal amount of IDR 2 trillion.

The principal amount of the bonds issued by ADMF is IDR 1.7 trillion, which will be offered in 3 series. Meanwhile, the principal amount of the issued sukuk is IDR 300 billion and will be issued in 3 series.

The yields offered for the three series of ADMF bonds range from 5.50% to 6.25% per year. Meanwhile, the profit sharing indication offered by the company for the three series of sukuk ranges from 5.50% to 6.25%.

The allotment of bonds and sukuk issued by ADMF is on 5 July 2023. Electronic distribution is scheduled for 7 July 2023 and listing on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on 10 July 2023.

According to data compiled by idnfinancials.com, ADMF will allocate all proceeds from the bond issuance for consumer financing activities. Meanwhile, all proceeds from the issuance of the sukuk will be used for financing motor vehicles, in accordance with sharia principles.

ADMF has obtained “idAAA” and “idAAA(sy)” ratings from the Indonesian Rating Agency (Pefindo) for its bonds and sukuk issued. A number of underwriters appointed to issue the bonds and sukuk were PT DBS Vickers Sekuritas, PT Indo Premier Sekuritas, PT UOB Kay Hian Sekuritas, PT Mandiri Sekuritas, and PT Trimegah Sekuritas Indonesia Tbk (TRIM).
