Trimegah Sekuritas issues IDR 408.8 billion bonds
JAKARTA. PT Trimegah Sekuritas Indonesia Tbk (TRIM), a securities brokerage and underwriting company, issued shelf Registration Bonds I Phase I 2023 with a principal amount of IDR 358.8 billion.
This is part of the Public Offering of TRIM's Shelf Registration Bonds I, with a target of iIDR1.1 trillion to be raised.
In the Phase I bond issuance, TRIM offered bonds in 2 series. The principal amount for series A is IDR 100 billion with a coupon of 6.75% per year and series B is IDR 308.8 billion with a coupon of 9.25% per year. Meanwhile, the tenor of each series is 370 calendar days and 3 years from the issuance date.
For the record, TRIM has obtained an "idA" rating from the Indonesian Securities Rating Agency (Pefindo) for the bonds issued. As stated in the prospectus, the company will use the proceeds from the bond issuance for working capital needs.
Electronic bond distribution was carried out on Thursday (6/7) today. Listing on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) will be held on Friday (7/7) tomorrow.
TRIM and PT Aldiracita Sekuritas Indonesia acted as underwriters for the issuance of these bonds. Meanwhile PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat dan Banten Tbk (BJBR) act as trustees. (KR/LM)
