JAKARTA - An additional 1.19 billion shares of PT Bank Ganesha Tbk (BGTG) entered Equity Global International Limited's holdings on Friday, July 7. This Hong Kong-based foreign investor previously controlled nearly 15% of BGTG, but their share of influence increased to 19.97% by conducting this purchase. Furthermore, PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk (DOID) and PT Ramayana Lestari Sentosa Tbk (RALS) once again conducted share buybacks totaling 11.63 million DOID and 2.5 million RALS. On top of that, PT Merdeka Energi Nusantara's investment portfolio gained up to 2.2 million shares of electric vehicle battery manufacturing company PT Merdeka Battery Materials Tbk (MBMA).

On the divestment front, Provident Warehouse Pte. Ltd. completed the largest share sale this time. This Singapore-based foreign investor sold 234.44 million shares of warehousing service provider PT Mega Manunggal Property Tbk (MMLP). In addition, PT Samuel Sekuritas Indonesia released 164.83 million shares of PT Nusantara Sawit Sejahtera Tbk (NSSS), a palm oil producer.

Even though in a smaller quantity, individual investor Ikra Zama Dinnata then sold 40.90 million shares of special vehicle manufacturer PT Nusatama Berkah Tbk (NTBK). PT Majukarya Mandiri Indonesia then sold 21.25 million shares of the oil and gas tanker company PT Buana Lintas Lautan Tbk (BULL), while PT Toba Sejahtera sold 10.63 million shares of PT TBS Energi Utama Tbk (TOBA), a coal mining and palm oil company. Finally, the GOTO Peopleverse Fund completed the divestment by selling 15.83 million shares of digital ecosystem company PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO).
