First half, PTPP new contract grows 6.31%
JAKARTA - Until the first semester of 2023, PT Pembangunan Perumahan (Persero) Tbk (PTPP) pocketed new contracts of IDR 11.62 trillion, growing 6.31% from the same period last year of IDR 10.93 trillion.
In a press release quoted on Thursday (13/7), Bakhtiyar Efendi, Corporate Secretary of PTPP said that new contracts from the government dominated 45.67% of the total new contracts, followed by SOEs 27.27% and the private sector 27.06%. "The composition of the contract acquisition consists of 85.10% from the parent company and the remaining 14.90% from the subsidiary," he said.
The composition of the new contract refers to the company's business lines, including building construction 34.8%, roads and bridges 24.6%, railways 11.7%, dams 9.7%, ports 8.5%, large industry 7.4%, irrigation 2.1%, and oil and gas 1.1%.
The new contracts obtained are the construction of The North South Commuter in the Philippines IDR 1.36 trillion, the Cibeet Dam IDR 937 billion, East Port Lamongan Phase 1A & 1B IDR 767 billion, the Bayung Lencir-Tempino Toll Road package 2 IDR 683 billion, the BSI Antara Building IDR 607 billion, Construction of the road to the IKN mosque and logistics dock IDR 397 billion, Haluleo Kendari University IDR 240 billion, duplication of the PIK bridge IDR. 205 billion, and Banjarmasin Amanah Hospital IDR 201 billion.
He conveyed that the company would maintain financial performance and be selective in choosing projects that contribute revenue and a divestment target of IDR 1.4 trillion by the end of the year. "The company will continue to improve its governance and performance supported by the development of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system," he said. (LK/LM)
