Profiting, BOSS still abstain from dividend distribution
JAKARTA – Despite raking profit throughout 2022, PT Borneo Olah Sarana Sukses Tbk (BOSS) decided to abstain from distributing dividend to its shareholders. In 2021, the issuer did not channel any dividend as it lost IDR 165.35 billion.
In the information disclosure quoted Thursday (13/7), Widodo Nurly S., Director of BOSS, confirmed that the shareholders agree not to give out any dividend from the 2022 net profit. “They agreed upon the lack of dividend allocation from the net profit of the company in 2022,” he said.
In the 2022 Financial Report, BOSS recorded net profit attributable to the parent company of IDR 39.02 billion. The number resulted from the surge in 2022 revenue to IDR 456.75 billion from only IDR 43.52 billion seen in 2021.
The customers of BOSS include Rockbridge Energy Pte Ltd that generated IDR 240.95 billion of revenue, PT Mikhael Wirusaha Abadi of IDR 158.89 billion, PT Indonesia Ruipu Nickel of IDR 32.35 billion, and PT Indonesia Amanah Hidayah of IDR 24.64 billion. (LK/ZH)
