JAKARTA. PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk (JPFA) will initiate the sale of 7.36 million units of its treasury shares that were gained in a buyback from April 5, 2016, to October 5, 2017.

The management of JPFA said that the treasury stock sale will be carried out according to the applicable regulation set by the Financial Services Authority (OJK). The transaction will take place in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).

“On the date of this information disclosure is issued, the remaining treasury stock consists of 7,361,200 shares, which lasts until October 4, 2023,” the management of JPFA mentioned in the official statement.

The sale of this treasury stock will take place from August 1, 2023, until September 29, 2023. The stock exchange member assigned as the broker is PT Bahana Sekuritas.

According to IDNFinancials, JPFA’s stock price during last week’s closing bell shrank 0.73% to IDR 1,355 per share. The volume of traded shares was recorded at 6.18 million, with the total value of the transaction reached IDR 8.48 billion and the frequency of 1,227 times. (KR/ZH)
