JAKARTA - On Tuesday, July 11, PT Bukit Uluwatu Villa Tbk (BUVA) welcomed PT Nusantara Utama Investama as a new investor. This investment firm recently purchased more than 12.57 billion shares, gaining 64.86% control of the issuer that manages the Alila Resort and Hotel network.

Furthermore, Equity Global International Limited, a Singapore-based foreign investor, added nearly 950 million shares of PT Bank Ganesha Tbk (BGTG), increasing its ownership from 19.97% to 23.93%. PT Majukarya Mandiri Indonesia then added 11.79 million shares of oil and gas tanker issuer PT Buana Lintas Lautan Tbk (BULL) to its portfolio, while PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk (DOID) bought back 6.14 million of its own shares.

PT Samuel Sekuritas Indonesia, on the other hand, completed the largest share divestment this time by selling 257.26 million shares of palm oil producer PT Nusantara Sawit Sejahtera Tbk (NSSS). Then, three foreign investors divested this time, led by CGS-CIMB Securities (Singapore) Pte Ltd., which sold 65 million shares of PT Indonesian Paradise Property Tbk (INPP), a hotel and property operator. Following that, GOTO Peopleverse Fund sold 21.91 million shares of technology issuer PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO), and Bintang Bara B.V. released 13.45 million shares of energy company PT TBS Energi Utama Tbk (TOBA).

Haiyanto, an individual investor, also decided to sell shares, this time 12.74 million shares of oil and gas issuer PT Radiant Utama Interinsco Tbk (RUIS). Finally, PT Toba Sejahtra accompanied Bintang Bara in releasing 1.4 million shares of PT TBS Energi Utama Tbk (TOBA). (KD)
