JAKARTA - On Tuesday, July 18, the foreign net volume was minus 1,258,730,300 shares. This figure was driven by a large volume of foreign sales, which reached 3.73 billion shares, while foreign purchases fell to around 2.47 billion shares. PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO) recorded another fantastic volume of foreign sales, this time around 2.16 billion shares, with the lowest net volume at -1.37 billion.

Following GOTO, the net volume of PT Buana Lintas Lautan Tbk (BULL), an oil and gas tanker issuer, was around -67.91 million shares after foreign investors sold 78.53 million BULL shares. Two state-owned companies, telecommunications issuer PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (TLKM) and aviation issuer PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (GIAA), then both recorded a net volume of negative 30 million shares. TLKM's foreign sales volume, however, was nearly double that of GIAA, totaling 59.57 million and 35.35 million shares, respectively. PT Astrindo Nusantara Infrastruktur Tbk (BIPI), an oil and gas exploration company, closed the top sell list with a net volume of -27.27 million after foreign investors sold 46.84 million shares.

Meanwhile, PT Bumi Resources Tbk (BUMI) and its subsidiary, PT Bumi Resources Mineral Tbk (BRMS), had the highest net volumes, with 124.84 million BUMI and 105.41 million BRMS, respectively. Foreign investors were reported to have purchased around 184.52 million BUMI shares and 114.31 million BRMS shares. PT Bukalapak.com Tbk (BUKA) and PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBRI) then both reported net volumes of 44 million shares, though BBRI's sales volume (102.89 million) was higher than BUKA's (80.62 million). Finally, foreigners acquired 46.83 million shares of the pharmaceutical company PT Kalbe Farma Tbk (KLBF), and its net volume was fixed at 28.11 million shares. (KD)
