JAKARTA - PT Taman Impian Jaya Ancol (TIJA) channels IDR 350 billion of dividend to its parent company, PT Pembangunan Jaya Ancol Tbk (PJAA).

In the information disclosure quoted Thursday (20/7), Agung Praptono, SVP Corporate Secretary and Investor Relation of PJAA, confirmed that the company had received dividend for the fiscal year 2022 from TIJA yesterday (18/7).

PJAA owns 99.99% of TIJA’s shares. TIJA’s dividend is even higher than PJAA’s dividend for its shareholders in the fiscal year 2022, which amounts to IDR 46.29 billion or IDR 29 per share.

In 2022, PJAA’s net profit attributable to the parent entity was IDR 154.22 billion, while its retained earnings were IDR 1.06 trillion, and its total equity was worth IDR 1.56 trillion.

TIJA has been operating since 1972 with total assets of IDR 2.22 trillion and net profit of IDR 361.23 billion in December 2022. (LK/ZH)
