JAKARTA - PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk (BSDE) collected marketing sales of IDR 4.79 trillion in the first half (H1) of 2023. This achievement is equal to 54% of the total target of IDR 8.80 trillion until the end of this year.

In the press release quoted Thursday (20/7), Hermawan Wijaya, Director of BSDE, said that the contribution of sales from the residential segment reaches 63%, followed by the commercial segment, including shop-houses, lots, and apartments of 37%. “The marketing sales in H1 2023 grew 3% from the same period in 2022,” he stated.

The residential marketing sales in H1 2023 came from the Layton Cluster in Nava Park, Welton Cluster in Hiera, as well as Enchante and Aerra Clusters in Eonna in BSD City.

According to Wijaya, BSD is the biggest contributor in total marketing sales in H1 2023, followed by the residential project in Grand Wisata and Kota Wisata, Cibubur. “The consumers’ interest is high towards our marketed properties,” he added.

In addition to this, the commercial marketing sales that shifted positively include shop-houses of IDR 918 billion, commercial lots of IDR 594 billion, and apartment units of IDR 261 billion.

“The shop-houses marketing sales originate from Front Row Studio Loft in Kota Wisata, as well as Delrey Business Townhouse, The Loop, and Daikanyama in BSD City," revealed Wijaya. (LK/ZH)
