JAKARTA - PT Soho Industri Pharmasi (SPI) channels cash dividend from the net profit in 2022 worth IDR 73 billion to its shareholder, PT Soho Global Health Tbk (SOHO) and PT Parit Padang Global (PPG).

Based on the information disclosure quoted Friday (21/7), SOHO is the owner of 24 units of series A shares and 250 units of series B shares issued by SPI, whereas PPG owns 1 series A share or 0.36% of SPI. The cash dividend is equal to IDR 265.5 million per share.

Previously, SPI had distributed interim dividend of IDR 50.32 billion on November 18, 2022.

Meanwhile, next week (27/7), SOHO will give out cash dividend of IDR 149.76 billion or IDR 118 per share from its net profit gained in 2022. The net profit attributable to the parent entity last year was IDR 207.25 billion, while its retained earnings reached IDR 57.49 billion, and the total equity was worth IDR 357.01 billion.

The shareholder structure of SOHO in June 2023 consists of Tan Giok Nio, owning 9.014% of the total 1.26 billion shares, Cascade Creek Pty of 12.113%, Medisia Investment of 22.469%, Prysselius Limited of 8.918%, Tiberias 96 Pty Ltd 37.92%, Fraburg Pty Limited of 9.474%, and the public of 0.094%.
