JAKARTA. PT Lippo Cikarang Tbk (LPCK) recorded marketing sales of IDR 628 billion in the first half of 2023, shifting 1% from the marketing sales in the same period last year.

The marketing sales in H1 2023 is equal to 45.7% of the 2023 target of LPCK, which amounts to IDR 1.37 trillion.

LPCK’s marketing sales in H1 2023 was driven by quite inflated demands for residential projects, ranging from marketing sales of Waterfront Uptown, Newville, and Cendana Spark projects. Approximately 64% of total marketing sales this first half came from residential projects, followed by another 30% from industrial area, leaving 6% to shop-houses and commercial lots.

“Throughout the first half of 2023, the company had managed to obtain marketing sales according to the specified target, despite many challenges in the property sector, including raised reference interest rate and inflation,” Rudy Halim, CEO of Lippo Cikarang, explained in its official disclosure.

Then, for the second half of 2023, Halim is confident that LPCK will be able to maintain this positive momentum with a proper product-mix strategy. “We are committed to continue the construction in order to initiate timely hand-over to our consumers,” he stated.

From the top-line, LPCK’s revenue in H1 2023 had reached IDR 578 billion. Meanwhile, the EBITDA was recorded at IDR 150 billion or equal to 26% of the total revenue. (KR/ZH)
