JAKARTA – PT Sillo Maritime Perdana Tbk (SHIP) showed improvements in its revenue and profit in the first half of 2023 compared to the same period in 2022. The net profit margin also remained stable at 19.54%.

In the H1 2023 Financial Report quoted Wednesday (2/8), Herjati, President Director of SHIP, mentioned that the revenue was recorded at USD 74.43 million, growing 38.28% from USD 53.82 million seen in the same period last year.

The revenue from third-party users consisted of PT Pertamina International Shipping of USD 19.13 million, BUT PetroChina International Jabung Ltd of USD 15.34 million PT Pertamina Hulu Energi OSES of USD$ 9.97 million, and Clearlake Shipping Pte Ltd of USD 9.69 million.

The gross profit was recorded at USD 27.57 million, 32.24% higher than USD 20.85 million seen in the first half of 2022. The gross profit margin was at 37.04% in H1 2023, declining from 38.74% in H1 2022.

The operating and current profit reached USD 22.7 million and USD 14.55 million in H1 2023. For comparison, in H1 2022, the operating and current profit were at USD 16.89 million and USD 10.57 million. (LK/ZH)
