JAKARTA - On Monday, July 31, PT Widodo Makmur Unggas Tbk (WMUU)'s controlling shareholder, PT Widodo Makmur Perkasa Tbk, purchased an additional 1.30 billion shares. Previously, this controller held around 30.39% of the holdings, but this spending increased that figure to 40.5%. Widodo Makmur Unggas is a company that manufactures chicken products, eggs, and chicken feed.

Another stock purchase was conducted by the controller of the electric vehicle battery manufacturer PT Merdeka Battery Materials (MBMA), namely PT Merdeka Energi Nusantara, which purchased 7.5 million shares. Individual investor Leonard Setiawan then bought 2.95 million shares from issuer PT Widiant Jaya Krenindo Tbk (WIDI), a construction equipment rental service provider.

PT Primitias Ikota Jaya, on the other hand, carried out the largest share divestment this time by releasing 180.82 million shares of PT Tera Data Indonusa Tbk (AXIO), a computer manufacturer under the Axioo brand. The GOTO Peopleverse Fund, which sold 37.23 million shares of digital ecosystem issuer PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO), and Bintang Bara B.V., which sold 10.60 million shares of energy issuer PT TBS Energi Utama Tbk (TOBA), were two foreign investors who routinely divest.

Several other investors' divestment actions were carried out in smaller quantities. PT Caraka Reksa Optima was seen releasing 5.50 million shares of mining contract company PT Petrosea Tbk (PTRO), and then as many as 2 million shares of hospital company PT Royal Prima Tbk (PRIM) were dumped by the Deputy Attorney General on Special Criminal Affairs. Furthermore, PT Ungaran Sari Garments, the controlling shareholder of PT Eratex Djaja Tbk (ERTX), released 800,000 shares of this textile company, while PT Semangat Bambu Runcing sold 103,900 shares of broadcast media issuer PT Net Visi Media Tbk (NETV).
