Charlie Hospital Semarang will release 20% shares via IPO
JAKARTA. PT Charlie Hospital Semarang Tbk (RSCH), the issuer that owns Charlie Hospital (RS), will carry out an Initial Public Offering (IPO) of 530 million shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).
The number of shares to be issued by RSCH is equivalent to 20% of the issued and fully paid capital after the IPO. Each share has a nominal value of IDR 50 per share, and will be offered at a price of IDR 105 to IDR 125 per share.
With the estimated offering price, RSCH has the potential to reap fresh funds of around IDR 55.65 billion to IDR 66.25 billion from the IPO.
RSCH has appointed PT Shinhan Sekuritas Indonesia as underwriter for the issuance. The initial share offering period starts on Friday (4/8) today until August 8 2023. The public offering of shares is scheduled to take place on August 21-23 2023 and listing on the IDX on August 25 2023.
Currently, 99.30% of RSCH's shares are controlled by PT Wahyu Agung. A few others are owned by a number of members of the board of directors and commissioners of the company.
As of 28 February 2023, RSCH had total assets of IDR 96.93 billion. Meanwhile, the company's total equity was recorded at IDR 92.94 billion. (KR/LM)
