JAKARTA. PT Nusa Raya Cipta Tbk (NRCA), a subsidiary of PT Surya Semesta Indonesia (SSIA), posted revenue of IDR 1.24 trillion in the first half (1H) of 2023.

NRCA revenue in 1H 2023 recorded a growth of 7.17% year-on-year (yoy) or from the same semester last year. This growth was driven by revenue from the company's construction services which reached IDR 1.23 trillion, up 7.15% yoy. In addition, the company's hotel revenue also increased by 14.35% to IDR 3.49 billion in 1H 2023.

NRCA's revenue growth in 1H 2023 also had a positive impact on net profit performance, which reached IDR 53.32 billion. Compared to the same semester last year, the company's revenue grew 21.54%.

Meanwhile, the total new contracts booked by NRCA throughout 1H 2023 reached IDR 1.68 trillion. Acquisition of contracts in this period grew 4% yoy, from the same semester last year of IDR 1.62 trillion.

For the record, NRCA is targeting contract acquisitions of IDR 2.2 trillion by the end of 2023. Thus the total contracts booked by the company up to 1H 2023 are equivalent to 73.6% of this year's target. (KR/LM)
