JAKARTA – Edwin Soeryadjaya, the controlling shareholder of PT Saratoga Investama Sedaya Tbk (SRTG), puts in an extra investment worth IDR 8.03 billion in stock transaction yesterday (11/8).

According to information disclosure quoted Monday (14/8), Soeryadjaya purchased 5.1 million shares for IDR 1,575 per share. After this transaction, his portion rises to 6.86 billion or 50.5368% from the previous 6.85 million or 50.518% of the total listed shares.

Until July 2023, SRTG’s total shares were reported at 13.56 billion. The shareholder structure consists of Sandiaga Salahudin of 21.51%, Edwin Soeryadjaya of 33.389%, PT Unitras Pertama of 32.7%, Lany Djuwita and Michael WP Soeryadjaya of 0.0362%, Devin Wirawan of 0.047%, and the public of 12.156%.
