JAKARTA - PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk (DSSA) bought back 16 million shares with a nominal value of IDR 768 billion.

In the information disclosure quoted on Tuesday (15/8), Susan Chandra, Corporate Secretary of DSSA said that the buy back share price was set at IDR 48,000 per share. "The percentage of the number of shares purchased from the total nominal shares to be purchased is around 10.38%," she said.

After the transaction, this issuer has 16 million treasury shares. This corporate action will take place in stages during the buyback period until (18/9) since it was announced to the public on (19/6).

As of 31 July 2023, the number of DSSA shares was recorded at 770.55 million with the ownership structure including, PT Sinar Mas Tunggal 59.9% and the public (12.8% scrip and 27.3% scripless). (LK/LM)
