JAKARTA. PT Impack Pratama Industri Tbk (IMPC), a manufacturer and distributor of building materials and plastic goods, has channelled a loan worth USD 670 thousand to one of its subsidiaries in Vietnam, Impack Vietnam Company Ltd.

A loan facility worth IDR 10.25 billion will be available for 11 months, starting from August 14, 2023. Impack Vietnam will then be charged with an interest rate of 4% per year.

“The source of fund for loan originates from the company’s internal cash,” Lenggana Linggawati, Corporate Secretary of IMPC, revealed.

Linggawati added that the facility will be utilised by Impack Vietnam for its working capital.

According to IDNFinancials, Impack Vietnam is a subsidiary engaged in plastic goods manufacturing since 2013. At the end of 2022, Impack Vietnam recorded total assets before elimination of IDR 60.86 billion. (KR/ZH)
