JAKARTA. PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk (BNII) has issued securities in the form of Long Term Notes (LTN) with a principal of IDR 100 billion.

These notes are issued privately without any public offering. The distribution of LTN reportedly takes place today, August 23, 2023.

According to the information from Indonesia Central Securiies Depository (KSEI), BNII offers said LTN with a coupon of 7.90% per annum. The coupon will be paid every three months, while the tenor is set to 10 years. 

This LTN has been registered under code ISIN IDH000075407. The assigned arranger for this LTN issuance is PT Maybank Sekuritas Indonesia.

According to IDNFinancials data, BNII recorded cash of IDR 1.43 trillion as of June 2023. Its total assets clocked up to IDR 165.62 trillion, while its total equity reached IDR 30.04 trillion. (KR/ZH)
