JAKARTA - Shareholders of PT Goodyear Indonesia Tbk (GDYR) changed the composition of their board of directors at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS), yesterday (22/8). Even though at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) (15/6), this issuer has just confirmed the composition of the board of directors for the next year.

In the disclosure of information quoted on Wednesday (23/8), GDYR shareholders appointed Iman Santoso, Independent Director to replace Hui Yun, who previously served as GDYR President Director at the 2023 AGMS. Hui Yun was appointed as GDYR President Director for the first period at the 2021 AGMS and reappointed at the 28 June 2022 AGMS. On (15/6), his position as President Director was re-confirmed at the 2023 AGMS.

Two months after the 2023 AGMS, the issuer's shareholders appointed Iman Santoso as President Director to replace Hui Yun. Previously, the figure of Iman was appointed as Director at the 2019 AGMS and was reappointed as GDYR Director at the 28 June 2022 AGMS and 2023 AGMS.

Replacing the vacant position of Iman Santoso, GDYR shareholders appointed David Edison Tampubolon as one of the directors for the next year.

Patra Anwar remains in his position as one of the directors accompanying Iman Santoso. Anwar was appointed director of GDYR at the EGMS on September 9, 2022. (LK/LM)
