JAKARTA. PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk (DSSA), an energy and infrastructure company under Sinarmas Group, has issued an increase of its portion in PT Golden Energy Mines Tbk (GEMS).

After the portion raise, DSSA now controls 51% of GEMS. Initially, it only owned 48.43% of GEMS as of March 30, 2023.

According to IDNFinancials data, GEMS is a coal mining company commercially operating since 2010. DSSA owns GEMS's shares indirectly through Golden Energy and Resources Limited (GEAR).

Until March 30, 2023, GEMS recorded total assets before elimination of USD 1.38 billion. (KR/ZH)
