RSCH Demak to be completed March 2024
JAKARTA - PT Charlie Hospital Semarang Tbk (RSCH) projects the completion of Charlie Hospital Demak in March 2024. The total investment put in for this hospital is said to reach IDR 64 billion.
Based on the short prospectus quoted Monday (28/.8), the progress of Charlie Hospital Demak has reached 80%. The finalisation of said building will include the process of interior and exterior decoration, electricity and Air Conditioning (AC) instalment, patient and freight elevator instalment, as well as kitchen and laundry.
As of now, RSCH management is said to have invested IDR 31.15 billion in this project. The lacking funds will be covered by the proceeds of its initial public offering (IPO) that was held yesterday (22-24/8).
The management aimed to raise fresh funds of up to IDR 60.95 billion through the issuance of 530 million shares of IDR 115 per share. Approximately 48.92% of the funds, or IDR 29.81 billion, is allocated for Charlie Hospital Demak project, while the remaining 50.47% will be spent on medical devices.
RSCH expects to obtain Certificate of Occupancy from the Public Works and Housing Service before the building is occupied and utilised for the next five years. It also awaits its Hospital Operational License from Demak government. (LK/ZH)
