JAKARTA - Sugiman Halim, a significant individual investor in PT Bumi Resources Minerals Tbk (BRMS), chose to sell 300 million shares of BRMS on Wednesday, August 23. Sugiman's ownership dropped from 8.15% to 7.94% following the sale. Sabana Prawira Widjaja, an investor in PT Ultrajaya Milk Industry Tbk (ULTJ), also reduced his holdings by selling 10 million shares. Kurniawan Ujang, on the other hand, recently purchased 33.22 million shares of PT Lupromax Pelumas Indonesia Tbk (LMAX), giving him direct control of 5.11% of this distributor of engine lubricants and additives. Not only that, but Winston Karim came back to purchase another 1.54 million shares of apparel manufacturer PT Ricky Putra Globalindo Tbk (RICY).

Furthermore, the GOTO Peopleverse Fund kept on releasing shares of the digital company PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO), this time in a total of 18.75 million shares. PT Esa Gemilang also sold 7.14 million shares of coal mining company PT Black Diamond Resources Tbk (COAL), and PT Humpuss Maritim Internasional Tbk sold 1.22 million shares of natural gas distributor PT GTS Internasional Tbk (GTSI).

PT Arthakencana Rayatama, on the other hand, acquired 2.47 million shares of PT AKR Corporindo Tbk (AKRA), followed by PT Elang Mahkota Teknologi Tbk, which acquired 2.16 million shares of PT Sarana Meditama Metropolitan Tbk (SAME). AKRA is a fuel distribution company, while SAME is a hospital management company. Finally, PT Bogamulia Nagadi purchased 509,500 million shares of the pharmaceutical company PT Tempo Scan Pacific Tbk (TSPC). (KD)
