MNC Asia Holding increased its stake in two subsidiaries
JAKARTA - On Thursday, August 24, PT MNC Asia Holding Tbk increased its stake in two of its subsidiaries, PT Global Mediacom Tbk (BMTR) and PT MNC Land Tbk (KPIG). Through PT KB Valbury Sekuritas, at least 306.52 million BMTR shares and 1 million KPIG shares were purchased. MNC Asia increased its stake in BMTR by 1.5% to 17.91%, while in KPIG it increased by 0.01% to 5.3%.
Furthermore, PT Samuel Sekuritas Indonesia purchased 357.42 million shares of the palm oil producer PT Nusantara Sawit Sejahtera Tbk (NSSS), giving this investment firm a 31.34% stake in NSSS. The majority shareholder, PT Dwi Satrya Utama, then purchased 104.65 million shares of PT Berlina Tbk (BRNA), giving it a 54.57% stake in this plastic manufacturer. PT Ramayana Lestari Sentosa Tbk (RALS) also purchased 2.5 million of its shares, while an individual investor, Kurniawan Ujang, purchased 1.36 million shares of PT Lupromax Pelumas Indonesia Tbk (LMAX), a distributor of engine lubricants and additives.
PT Putra Borneo Agro Lestari, on the other hand, reduced its investment portfolio by 65.18 million shares of the palm oil company PT Sawit Sumbermas Sarana Tbk (SSMS). GOTO Peopleverse Fund also sold 21.13 million shares of the technology firm PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO), followed by an individual investor, Lucas SH CN, who sold 20 million shares of the investment firm PT Arthavest Tbk (ARTA). Finally, PT Esa Gemilang released 7.06 million shares of the coal company PT Black Diamond Resources Tbk (COAL). (KD)
