JAKARTA - The majority shareholder of PT Golden Energy Mines Tbk (GEMS), PT Dian Swastika Sentosa Tbk, decided to release 259.90 million GEMS shares at the end of the fourth week of August. Dian Swastika previously owned 55.42% of this coal mining company, but its stake dropped to 51%. This stock purchase was made through PT Sinarmas Sekuritas, on Friday, August 25.
