JAKARTA. PT Profesional Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Protelindo) and PT Iforte Solusi Infotek (Iforte), two subsidiaries of PT Sarana Menara Nusantara Tbk (TOWR), have obtained credit facilities worth IDR 1.5 trillion.

Monalisa Irawan, Corporate Secretary of TOWR, said that the credit facility was provided by PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk (BMRI). The details consist of Facility A in the amount of IDR 1 trillion which can only be used by Protelindo, and Facility B in the amount of IDR 500 billion which can only be used by Iforte.

The credit facility has a term of 12 months, from the date of signing the agreement, which is August 28, 2023. "The purpose of the loan is to finance the general needs of the Protelindo and Iforte companies," said Irawan, through an official statement.

For the record, the credit facility is guaranteed by PT Solusi Tunas Prima Tbk (SUPR). According to idnfinancials.com data, SUPR is a business entity controlled by Protelindo. (KR/LM)
