JAKARTA. PT Sumi Indo Kabel Tbk (IKBI), a cable manufacturer operating since 1981, announces the plan to distribute dividend of IDR 19.31 billion or IDR 15.78 per share.

Said plan had been approved by Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of IKBI held on August 25, 2023. In said meeting, the shareholders agreed to allocate IDR 19.31 billion from the total net profit in 2022 as dividend.

The cash dividend will then be given to shareholders of IKBI whose names have been officially listed by the recording date on September 6, 2023. The cash dividend will be paid on September 25, 2023.

According to IDNFinancials data, IKBI posted USD 3.49 million of net profit as of March 31, 2023. The company also held retained earnings of USD 15.64 million, while its total equity clocked up to USD 69.99 million. (KR/ZH)
