JAKARTA - PT Tridomain Performance Materials Tbk (TDPM) finally turned the tide, scoring USD 1.53 million of profit in the first half of 2023 from the loss of USD 48.79 million seen in the same period in 2022.

In the H1 2023 Financial Report quoted today (30/8), this issuer collected revenue of USD 33.78 million, actually slowing down from USD 39.89 million seen in H1 2022. However, thanks to efficiency on its cost of sales, gross profit managed to only slightly slip from USD 4.58 million to USD 4.43 million.

It then recorded operating profit of USD 2.48 million, improving from H1 2022, in which TDPM posted operating loss of USD 44.71 million. The profit before income taxes was USD 1.86 million, shifting from the loss before taxes of USD 48.32 million. (LK/ZH)
