Armada Berjaya Trans to channel IDR 1.3 trillion for subsidiary’s working capital
JAKARTA. Darmawan Suryadi SM, President Director of JAYA, said that this loan facility is given to PT Aman Bae Perkasa (ABP). The loan facility will then be used for ABP’s working capital.
“With this affiliate transaction, ABP, as a subsidiary, is expected to maximise its business performance, as well as contribute and provide added value for the company,” Suryadi mentioned in the information disclosure in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).
According to IDNFinancials data, ABP is a subordinate company under JAYA that is engaged in the real estate business. It has been commercially operating since 2021. As of June 30, 2023, ABP recorded total assets before elimination worth IDR 19.49 billion.
Meanwhile, JAYA reported having cash and bank of IDR 4.24 billion until June 30, 2023. Then, its total assets were recorded at IDR 167.12 billion, while its equity was worth IDR 120.03 billion. (KR/ZH)
