JAKARTA. PT Bank Victoria International Tbk (BVIC) has issued Negotiable Certificate of Deposit (NCD) with total principal of IDR 440 billion.

NCD is issued in two series, consisting of NCD of Bank Victoria Year 2023 Series A and NCD of Bank Victoria Year 2023 Series B. The principal offered through series A is IDR 50 billion, while series B’s principal is IDR 390 billion.

The discount rate attached to series A is 6.50% per annum, while series B is equipped with discount rate of 7% per annum. The tenor for series A is set to 12 months, while series B’s tenor is 24 months.

BVIC has named PT Victoria Sekuritas Indonesia as the arranger in this NCD issuance. According to IDNFinancials data, Victoria Sekuritas is a company affiliated with BVIC as some of its shares is owned by BVIC through PT Victoria Investama Tbk (VICO). (KR/ZH)
