JAKARTA. PT Lautan Luas Tbk (LTLS) has channelled investment worth IDR 5 billion to one of its subsidiaries engaged in the water treatment industry, PT Lautan Solusi Airindo (LSA).

Keyne Fredella Kristanto, Corporate Secretary of LTLS, mentioned that the investment disbursed to LSA amounts to IDR 5 billion. With this extra capital, LSA’s issued and paid-up capital will rise to IDR 17 billion.

According to IDNFinancials data, LSA is established in Jakarta and has been commercially operating since 2019. Its total assets before elimination in June 2023 clocked up to IDR 5.54 billion. It is engaged in the clean and drinkable water treatment, as well as wastewater treatment.

Based on the issued financial report, LTLS recorded cash and cash equivalent of IDR 217.32 billion as of June 2023. Its total assets were recorded at IDR 5.73 trillion, while its total equity reached IDR 2.84 trillion in worth. (KR/ZH)
