JAKARTA. PT Baramulti Suksessarana Tbk (BSSR) will distribute interim dividend of USD 60 million or equal to approximately IDR 915.6 billion.

Said plan had been approved and decided by the board of directors and commissioners of the company on September 5, 2023. They have also set up the schedule for interim dividend distribution.

The last day of recording investors entitled for interim dividend (recording date) is set to September 18, 2023, while the dividend payment will take place on September 26, 2023.

According to IDNFinancials data, BSSR recorded cash and cash equivalent of USD 104.92 million until the end of June 2023. Total assets were recorded at USD 428.27 million, while its total equity was worth USD 266.57 million.

As of now, approximately 50% of BSSR’s shares are controlled by PT Wahana Sentosa Cemerlang. Tata Power International Pte. Ltd. Claims another 26%, followed by GS Energy Corporation of 9.74%, PT GS Global Resources of 5%, and public investors of 9.26%. (KR/ZH)
