BKSL’s shareholders to raise portion in CITY
JAKARTA - PT Sakti Generasi Perdana (SGP) acquires 20.63% of shares in PT Natura City Developments Tbk (CITY) worth IDR 55.75 billion. This acquisition raises SGP’s direct portion in this company.
Siti Fidya Airyne, Corporate Secretary of CITY, confirmed that SGP purchased 1.11 million shares in CITY for IDR 50 per share yesterday (5/9). “SGP will step in as CITY’s controlling shareholder alongside Sentul City, also a company under the control of SGP,” she mentioned in the information disclosure quoted Thursday (7/9).
As of now, SGP claims 80.4% of PT Sentul City Tbk (BKSL), the owner of 15.04% of CITY.
In July 2023, CITY’s shares reportedly reached 5.40 billion units, 15.04% of which belonged to BKSL, followed by PT Tunas Tumbuh of 9.89%, PT Damai Putra Jaya of 9.92%, PT Karya Cakrawala of 5.81%, PT Hamparan Indah Permai of 1071%, Golden Capital Foundation of 9.44%, public (bank draft) of 34.31%, and public (non-bank draft) of 4.88%.
