JAKARTA. PT Dana Brata Luhur Tbk (TEBE), a holding company in the infrastructure to transportation sector, will distribute an interim dividend of IDR 30 per share.

Interim dividends will be given to TEBE shareholders, whose names were recorded at the recording date on September 19 2023. Interim dividend payments are scheduled for September 29 2023.

As of June 30 2023, the number of TEBE outstanding shares was recorded at 1.28 billion shares. Thus, the amount of interim dividend that will be given is IDR 38.6 billion.

According to idnfinancials.com data, currently 39.31% of TEBE shares are controlled by PT Prima Mineral Utama, South Bay Capital Pte. Ltd. owns 8.89% shares, Hoch Ventures Pte. Ltd. 8.31%, PT Robust Buana Tunggal 7.32%, Roesbima Trisoera 3.28%, Hendy Narindra Dewantoro 0.19%, and public investors 32.70%. (KR/LM)
