JAKARTA - PT Petrosea Tbk (PTRO) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with PT Hyundai Construction Equipment Asia, a subsidiary of HD Hyundai Construction Equipment Co. Ltd., to provide solutions for mining, construction, and heavy equipment sectors in Indonesia.

The signing of MoU was joined by Romi Novan Indrawan, President Director of Petrosea, and Ruddy Santoso, Chief Financial Officer of Petrosea. Meanwhile, Hyundai was represented by Choi Cheol Gon, CEO of HD Hyundai Construction Equipment Co. Ltd., and Chae Heebum, President Director of Hyundai Construction Equipment Asia.

This strategic partnership is projected to cover extensive segments, starting from re-manufacturing, machine distribution, and human resource development.

“In the future, Petrosea dan Hyundai Construction Equipment Asia will pass the focus onto prioritising social factors and the supply of sustainable energy and resources,” the management of PTRO mentioned in the press release yesterday (7/9).

Petrosea is a multi-discipline company engaged in the mining sector, whereas HD Hyundai has been known as one of global heavy equipment manufacturers and distributors. (ZH)
