JAKARTA. PT Onix Capital Tbk (OCAP), a business and management consultant service, announces the winding up of one of its subsidiaries, PT Menteng Medika Indonesia (MMI).

Mauritius Ray, Corporate Secretary of OCAP, mentioned that the dissolvement had been approved through the circulatory decision of MMI’s shareholders. The liquidator will be MMI’s own director.

“This winding up will affect the company’s business sustainability, as PT Menteng Medika Indonesia is one of the company’s main sources of income,” he admitted in the information disclosure in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).

For the record, MMI is a business entity under OCAP owned through PT Onix Investama. Previously, in June 2020, Onix Investama’s business got shut down as a partnership termination took place between the company and Thomson Medical Pte. Ltd.

In December 2021, one of OCAP’s subsidiaries, PT Onix Sekuritas was also dissolved, following the revocation of brokerage service and underwriting service licenses of Onix Sekuritas by the Financial Services Authority (OJK). (KR/ZH)
