JAKARTA. PT Adi Sarana Armada Tbk (ASSA), a trading and transportation service provider, has obtained an extension of credit facility from PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBNI) or BNI.

Jerry Fandy Tunjungan, Corporate Secretary of ASSA, said that the credit facility amounts to IDR 100 billion. It then brings the total credit facility gained by the company from BNI to IDR 750 billion.

“It is for operational financing of the company,” Tunjungan mentioned in the information disclosure in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).

According to IDNFinancials, ASSA had previously secured a credit facility from BNI worth IDR 650 billion in April 2022. It consists of investment credit of IDR 600 billion and bank guarantee limit of IDR 50 billion.

In the first version of the agreement, said credit facility is intended to acquire new vehicles. With this extra facility added, Tunjungan said that the company is getting optimistic about increasing its revenue. (KR/ZH)
