JAKARTA - Raden Yohanes Kristian Hardianto, the chief commissioner of BPR Gunung Rizki, recently became a new investor in PT Kota Satu Properti Tbk (SATU), after purchasing 171.40 million shares on Friday, September 8. With this transaction, he became the owner of 12.47% shares in the company which operates in the building and development sectors.

In addition, private investor Hansen Jap added 1.31 million shares to the latex glove manufacturer PT Haloni Jane Tbk (HALO). Hansen currently owns 80.30% of the shares as the issuer's direct controller and beneficial owner. A buyback of 1.01 million shares was also carried out by the building construction company, PT Nusa Konstruskti Enjiniring Tbk (DGIK), followed by the purchase of 3.99 million shares of the marine products company, PT Sekar Laut Tbk (SKLT), by Singaporean investor Green Resources Investments Pte Ltd.

Furthermore, two investors made purchases in the medical industry. PT Elang Mahkota Teknologi Tbk purchased 2.66 million shares of the hospital management firm PT Sarana Meditama Metropolitan Tbk (SAME) and now owns 77.56% of the company. PT Bogamulia Nagadi also expanded its stake in the pharmaceutical firm PT Tempo Scan Pacific Tbk (TSPC) by purchasing 1.80 million shares.

Individual investor Tumiyana, on the other hand, sold 300 million shares of the agricultural commodities company PT Widodo Makmur Perkasa Tbk (WMPP) and now owns 32.22% of the company. Foreign investors GOTO Peopleverse Fund sold 28.80 million shares of digital company issuer PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia (GOTO), and PT Alpha Investasi Mandiri sold 3.3 million shares of copper and gold mining company PT Amman Mineral International Tbk (AMMN). Finally, PT Ungaran Sari Garments sold 230,000 shares of PT Eratex Djaja Tbk (ERTX), a textile manufacturing company. (KD)
