Two big investors sell hundreds of Nusantara Sawit (NSSS) shares
JAKARTA - On Monday, September 11, two investors in total sold more than four hundred million shares of the issuer, PT Nusantara Sawit Sejahtera Tbk (NSSS). PT Samuel Sekuritas Indonesia sold 267.87 million shares of the NSSS issuer, resulting in a 16.96% ownership percentage. PT Mitra Agro Dharma Unggul also sold 135.13 million shares, bringing its total stake in the palm oil firm to 36.65%.
Furthermore, the ceramic company PT Arwana Citramulia Tbk (ARNA) was involved in the share transaction, with foreign investor BBH Luxembourg S/A Fidelity Funds selling 3.5 million shares, or the equivalent of 0.04% share ownership, followed by PT Suprakreasi Eradinamika’s purchase of 250,000 ARNA shares.
PT Abadimukti Gunalestari also purchased 5.11 million shares of the property company PT Perdana Gapura Prima Tbk (GPRA), followed by foreign investor Philip Securities Pte Ltd., which purchased 170,000 shares of the contracting company PT Sumber Mas Konstruksi Tbk (SMKM). PT Bogamulia Nagadi was also spotted acquiring 288,500 shares from pharmaceutical business PT Tempo Scan Pacific Tbk (TSPC), followed by a 1.67 million share buyback from construction company PT Nusa Konstruksi Enjiniring Tbk (DGIK) to attain its 7.04% share ownership.
GOTO Peopleverse Fund sold 18.48 million shares of digital firm issuer PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia (GOTO) in a routine share transfer. Finally, PT Sinar Mas Cakrawala let go of 4.75 million shares of PT Sinarmas Multiartha Tbk (SMMA), giving it a total ownership portion of 50.78% in this banking firm. (KD)
