JAKARTA - PT Link Net Tbk (LINK) has acquired a loan facility worth IDR 3 trillion from  PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BBCA).

Marlo Budiman, President Director of LINK, confirmed that the company signed the first amendment of credit agreement with BCA earlier this week (12/9). “The purpose of this loan is to fund the establishment of 1 million home passes, including its supporting infrastructures, and general needs,” he mentioned in the information disclosure quoted today (15/9).

According to Budiman, the agreed tenor is set to 5 years.

As of the first quarter of 2023, this issuer collected revenue of IDR 977.70 billion, slowing down from IDR 1.05 trillion recorded in the same period in 2022. The gross profit also declined to IDR 758.61 billion from IDR 851.93 billion. In the end, it faced a loss of IDR 58.85 billion, a downturn from the profit of IDR 128.09 billion.

This loss was a consequence of increased general and administrative expenses, depreciation, finance expenses, and loss before tax income. (LK/ZH)
