JAKARTA. PT Samator Indo Gas Tbk (AGII) eyes fresh funds of up to IDR 140 billion through the issuance of Shelf-Registration Bonds III Phase I Year 2023 and Shelf-Registration Sukuk Ijarah II Phase I Year 2023.

Each set of bonds and sukuk issued by AGII is valued at IDR 70 billion. Both will also be offered in three series with varying tenors from 3 to 7 years.

As of now, AGII has yet to decide the amount of principal and coupon rate attached to each series of bonds and sukuk ijarah.

In the issued prospectus, AGII says to allocate approximately 60% of the proceeds of this bonds and sukuk issuance for production machine and tools. Then, another 40% will be allocated to the purchase of marketing infrastructure and its support.

AGII has assigned PT Indo Premier Sekuritas and PT Mandiri Sekuritas as the lead underwriter for this issuance of bonds and sukuk ijarah. Meanwhile, PT Bank KB Bukopin Tbk (BBKP) is set to be the trustee.

The book building of bonds and sukuk of AGII is set to take place until September 22, 2023. Then, the public offering will follow on October 3-5, 2023, before finally being listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on October 11, 2023. (KR/ZH)
