JAKARTA - PT Nusa Konstruksi Enjiniring Tbk (DGIK) realized IDR 4.35 billion to buy back 38,477,100 shares during the period 19 June-19 September 2023.

In an information disclosure quoted on Tuesday (19/9), Heru Firdausi Syarif, President Director of DGIK said that he had completed the three month buyback period.

According to him, the budget prepared by DGIK for the buyback is a maximum of IDR 48.33 billion with a nominal amount of 300 million shares.

As of the first semester of 2023, this issuer collected revenue of IDR 172.45 billion, lower than the same period last year of IDR 181.09 billion. Gross profit rose to IDR 41.84 billion from IDR 25.86 billion due to contract expense efficiency.

Operating profit was recorded at IDR 5.62 billion, higher than the operating loss of IDR 9.70 billion. This company recorded a profit of IDR 9.23 billion, an increase from a loss recorded at IDR 7.30 billion. (LK/LM)
