JAKARTA. PT Plaza Indonesia Realty Tbk (PLIN), a real estate management and developer, will initiate an interim dividend distribution worth IDR 272.25 billion or IDR 77 per share.

Evy Tirtasudira, Director of PLIN, said that this plan is in accordance with the decision of the board of directors, which had also been approved by the board of commissioners last Monday (18/9).

This interim dividend will be given to rightful investors whose names have been listed by the recording date on October 2, 2023. Then, the interim dividend will be disbursed on October 10.

“There is no impact on operational, legal, and financial activities, as well as business sustainability, of the company,” Tirtasudira mentioned in the information disclosure in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).

According to IDNFinancials data, PLIN recorded total cash and cash equivalent of IDR 645 billion as of June 30, 2023. Its total assets clocked up to IDR 12.13 trillion, while its total equity reached IDR 10.82 trillion. (KR/ZH)
