JAKARTA - PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk released more shares in the telecommunications business PT Smartfren Telecom (FREN) on Friday, September 15, reaching 16.70 billion shares and leaving 6.7% share ownership. Aside from that, Dian Swastatika was also spotted carrying out a buyback of 36.85 million shares of DSSA issuer and now controls 20% of its own firm, which provides energy and steam. This was followed by PT Nusa Konstruksi Enjiniring Tbk (DGIK), a construction business, which did so with a buyback of 1.43 million shares of its company's stock.

Furthermore, PT Soechi Group purchased 2.14 billion shares in PT Soechi Lines Tbk (SOCI), which works in the management consulting services industry, and now owns 79.9% of the company. PT Merdeka Energi Nusantara then added to the list of share acquisitions with a purchase of 97.48 million shares of nickel management business PT Merdeka Battery Materials Tbk (MBMA), followed by PT MNC Sekuritas, which acquired 73.19 million shares of property company PT MNC Land Tbk (KPIG).

Two individual investors were also involved in the share buying and selling transaction, namely Tumiyana, who bought 970 million shares of the agricultural commodity company PT Widodo Makmur Perkasa Tbk (WMPP), and Sukarto Bujung, who sold 4 shares of the information technology company PT Metrodata Electronics Tbk (MTDL). Following that, GOTO Peopleverse Fund released 15.41 million shares of the digital company PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia (GOTO), and the list was concluded with PT Aserra Capital which sold 3 million shares of heavy equipment supply business PT Apexindo Pratama Duta Tbk (APEX).
