JAKARTA - PT Samuel Sekuritas Indonesia was seen withdrawing a fairly large sum of shares on Monday, September 18. This investor sold 641.17 million shares in PT Nusantara Sawit Sejahtera Tbk (NSSS) and now owns 15.34% of the business, down from 18.03%. Meanwhile, two foreign investors also continued on the share sale list, where GOTO Peopleverse Fund sold 206.14 million shares of digital enterprise PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia (GOTO), followed by Bank of Singapore Limited, which sold 2.66 million shares of digital bank PT Bank Amar Indonesia Tbk (AMAR).

Individual investors were also involved in the purchase and sale of shares in four distinct firms. Sugiman Halim, a former Centratama Telekomunikasi commissioner, sold 55.57 million shares of PT Bumi Resources Minerals Tbk (BRMS) and currently controls 7.72% of this natural resource mining firm. Sukarto Bujung also sold another 12 million shares of PT Metrodata Electronics Tbk (MTDL), an information technology business. Tandean Rustandy, on the other hand, increased his stock holdings by purchasing 50 million shares of the ceramic firm PT Arwana Citramulia Tbk (ARNA), followed by Charlianto, who purchased 14.37 million shares of the wood processing company PT Darmi Bersaudara Tbk (KAYU).

PT Yulie Sekuritas Indonesia Tbk continued the share acquisition by purchasing 69.17 million shares of PT Dyandra Media Internasional Tbk (DYAN), which engages in the meeting, incentive, conference, and exhibition (MICE) industry. PT Jinsheng Mining also purchased 55.66 million shares of PT Central Omega Resources Tbk (DKFT), increasing its ultimate ownership percentage to 61.45%. Finally, the civil construction firm PT Nusa Konstruksi Enjiniring Tbk (DGIK) was seen doing a buyback of 2.13 million shares in order to acquire 7.15% of its own business shares. (KD)
