JAKARTA - On Wednesday, September 20, as many as 546.40 million shares of PT Nusantara Sawit Sejahtera Tbk (NSSS) were transferred from PT Mitra Agro Dharma Unggul to PT Samuel Sekuritas Indonesia. Mitra Agro Dharma currently owns 34.92% of the company, while Samuel Sekuritas owns 19.06%.

Furthermore, the construction business PT Nusa Konstruksi Enjiniring Tbk (DGIK) was spotted carrying out a 3.09 million share buyback, giving it 7.22% of the company's own shares. PT Paraga Arta Mida also increased its shareholdings by acquiring 800,000 shares of real estate business PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk (BSDE), giving it a 6.52% stake.
