JAKARTA - PT Puri Sentul Permai Tbk (KDTN) is operating two units of Hotel Xpress in Rest Area of Cipali Toll Road Km 164 and 166. For the operational management of those hotels, KDTN is said to cooperate with Swiss Belhotel.

Aan Rohanah, Director of Puri Sentul Permai, mentioned that the operation of those hotels will follow the regulation of Swiss Belhotel, as the operator of Hotel Xpress. “The company is optimistic about increasing the occupancy and revenue of the hotel with the help of the fame of Swiss Belhotel,” Rohanah mentioned in the information disclosure quoted Tuesday (26/9).

According to Rohanah, several parties involved in this operational cooperation agreement are KDTN, PT Wirani Sons, and Swiss Pacific Limited. The increased revenue of Hotel Xpress is expected to boost financial performance and business sustainability.

As of the first half of 2023, the issuer booked profit of IDR 1.80 billion, growing from IDR 877.06 million seen in H1 2022. The growth resulted from soaring revenue, which went from IDR 11.04 billion to IDR 14.73 billion, as well as its gross profit that proliferate from IDR 5.19 billion to IDR 7.07 billion. (LK/ZH)
